Use of AI

I advise on artificial intelligence and I use it in my own work. Where that happens, what it means for your documents and where professional responsibility sits is set out here.

The principle

AI supports my work. It does not replace judgement.

I use artificial intelligence to make analysis, research and documentation more efficient. That frees up time for the part that actually matters: understanding your situation and deriving decisions that hold.

AI provides material, not assessment. I review every result before it goes into recommendations, documents or publications. Data protection, information security and the requirements of the EU AI Act are a given here, not a negotiable extra.

In detail

Four points you can rely on

01

What I use AI for

Research and evaluation of sources, structuring large volumes of information, drafts for analyses and documentation, and the preparation of market and competitive information.

02

What I do not use it for

The professional assessment, the reading of your situation and the recommendation that follows from it come from me. No model decides in my place. Responsibility for every result you receive from me stays with me.

03

What happens to your documents

Confidential content is processed primarily in local AI environments without cloud connectivity. Where I do use cloud services, I choose providers that contractually rule out using your content as training data. Your data does not go into AI systems without prior agreement.

04

Labelling and the EU AI Act

AI-generated images on this website are labelled as such, in line with the transparency obligations in Article 50 of the EU AI Act. All texts appear under my name and under my editorial responsibility.
