As an AI consultant based in Betzdorf, Rhineland-Palatinate, I help organisations adopt artificial intelligence with clarity. I am interested in why well-reasoned decisions in organisations lose their effect, and how that can change.

I offer AI consulting for organisations that want to move beyond trying it out and use artificial intelligence effectively. From the first orientation in the leadership team through safe pilot projects to anchoring it in day-to-day operations. I am based in Betzdorf, Rhineland-Palatinate, and work across the German-speaking region, on site and remotely.
I am interested in why well-reasoned decisions in organisations lose their effect. The cause is rarely a lack of data or competence, but unresolved goal conflicts, unspoken assumptions and decision logic that is not cleanly connected.
I structure decision spaces, make implicit assumptions explicit, and reduce complexity to manageable options for action. This stance comes from more than three decades of technology and transformation practice in international B2B. The result is solid ground for decisions and measures that take effect across the whole. Effectiveness, to me, means enabling sound decisions today while building the structures that will carry those decisions tomorrow too.

Five ways my AI consulting works in practice. From first orientation to day-to-day operation.
Orientation for leadership teams, AI readiness, pilot projects and anchoring AI in the organisation.
To the topic →Local AI environments without cloud dependency. With your data, under your control.
To the topic →AI-driven competitive analysis with SWOT, strategic positioning and a concrete action plan.
To the offering →Keynotes, executive briefings and workshops that make AI understandable and actionable.
To the keynotes →AI tool training and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for sales and marketing. Deep understanding instead of prompt lists.
To the training →Six theses on how I think about technology and impact.
Systems rarely fail at function. They fail at the lack of inner conviction.
Speed is no substitute for understanding. Anyone who wants to shape systems must first understand culture and context.
Digital projects rarely fail at technology. They fail at unspoken truths.
Artificial intelligence does not solve structural problems. It scales them.
Impact arises from the fit between person and culture, not from competence alone.
Where you start is a starting point. Not a destination. What matters is who stays when it gets uncomfortable.
Excerpts from more than three decades of technology and transformation work. Not an autobiography. Evidence of strategic depth.
Took over a failed seven-figure project. The tool wasn't the problem. Clarity on goals and roles was missing. After clean goal definition and role clarification, operational within a few months for the first time.
E-commerce as an integrated revenue channel instead of an isolated shop. Translated strategy into system architecture, defined interfaces cleanly, moderated stakeholders, a viable sales channel that held over eighteen months.
From brochures and manual capture to an integrated digital advisory system: 100+ tablets, CRM connection, automated lead routing, reporting. Integration beats island solutions, with measurable ROI.
Took over a politically sensitive, previously failed digital relaunch project and named uncomfortable truths. Clarity cost sympathy in the short term and created respect, more open collaboration and a successful go-live.
I use artificial intelligence to make analysis, research and documentation more efficient. AI supports my work, but it does not replace professional assessment. I review every result before it goes into recommendations or documents. Data protection and the requirements of the EU AI Act are a given here.
Use of AI in detail →Whether it's orientation for your leadership team, a local AI pilot or a keynote: let's talk about your next step. I work from Betzdorf across the German-speaking region, on site and remotely.
